Vik Tenekjian

Vik may have a restless soul, but he puts it to good use in advocating on behalf of his clients. Vik focuses his practice on litigation, particularly patent and copyright litigation. Vik regularly represents some of the biggest names in the software industry, including Microsoft Corporation, Adobe Systems Inc., Siemens Product Life Cycle Management Inc., Symantec Corporation, Autodesk Inc., Rosetta Stone Ltd., and BSA the Business Software Alliance. Vik also represents clients in pharmaceutical patent litigation, including Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations proceedings.

Vik has always been at the top of his class, graduating with distinction from both McGill University and Osgoode Hall Law School, and has won numerous class awards and merit based scholarships. Vik also has the distinction of being one of the youngest ever first-authors of an international peer-reviewed scientific publication, Protein Science, at the age of 21.

When he is not litigating matters and protecting the intellectual property of the world's foremost innovators, Vik likes to unwind by travelling around the world (45 countries visited, and counting), surfing, hiking, and surviving plane crashes.
